Personal History
I grew up in Berkshire County Massachusetts, the oldest of four siblings. Growing up we were always outdoors fishing, hunting, riding, or playing sports. Attending church every Sunday was important to my family and is probably one of the greatest qualities that stuck with me. We moved around a lot when we were younger so it was always hard making new friends, being shy didn't help much. Riding dirt bikes and being outdoors was an outlet from school and life itself. I never had the opportunity to race much when I was young due to the expense of the sport, but now being where I am in life, I'm able to pursue a dream I've always wanted to make a reality. Currently I am a sub contractor working as a carpenter clocking in about 40-55 hours a week. When I'm not working, I'm training for the next race or wrenching on the bike. I am a current member of the Metropolitan Sports Committee (MSC), chasing points, and race some NESC (New England Sports Committee) races, also race a few Jday Off-road races each year.
Riding Goals
My riding goal for the season is to place in the top ten in points overall in MSC. Also have been riding in the local Jday races which consist of hair scrambles, spints, and enduros; would like to excel in those races as well. With the determination to continue getting better, I plan to move up in class for the next season. The overall goal is to eventually qualify for a national race one day.
