Rider Updates

Well the weekend started with Jared holding a 4 point lead over the second place competitor. Saturday’s first moto had Jared finishing second. His lead was cut to 2 point at that time. At the beginning of the second moto Jared had a hard time climbing the first up hill. By the second up hill the clutch was slipping badly and he went down. After the fall he finished 4th in the second moto. He finished Saturday with a 4th overall for the day. His four point lead was replaced with a three point deficit. We drove home and work on the bike all night to repair the damage and replace the clutch. We showed up Sunday with a win or lose just have fun attitude. We broke in the bike as much as possible and prepared for the first moto. Jared won the first moto and cut the point lead to 1. Well now the pressure was on and he responded with a second moto win to capture the overall series title by 1 point.
