Personal History
My name is James Garrett. Everyone calls me J.R. though. I have been racing local, regional, and national motocross since '97. I work really hard for everything I have. In the 2011 season it was finally paying off as i was winning most my events. At the end of the 2011 season I broke my wrist really bad. Putting a bad note on an otherwise great season.
Beginning of 2012 I landed sort on a jump while practicing and bent the plate and rebroke my wrist. I took my time healed and returned to riding in hopes of racing some nationals in the fall 2012. The week before, I crashed do to a front flat tire practicing and broke my collar bone, along with other shoulder injuries.
2013, I was working full time construction, all about quit ridding after all these injuries. But I truly missed ridding and raced a few times this past summer. Instantly hooked again and re found my love of dirt bikes. I truly love the sport. Am planning on racing for a long time to come and will be a great representative for your company for many years to come.
Riding Goals
Finally healthy from all my injuries my goal is to pick up where I left working out every day, eating healthy, and continue to learn about going faster on my dirt bike. I plan on racing several of the AMA pro nationals this summer. Also plan to race local events and/or pro ams every weekend.
