Personal History
I started racing at the age of 6 in the United Arab Emirates, I then moved back to england ages 13 where i joined the B/W group in the CJSC club and struggled to make the top 20. The next year i was frequently making the top 10 and the next the top 5. That year i did the BYMX and came inside the top 20 on a track i had never ridden before with less than 5 hours sleep as we arrived late due to getting lost! A few weeks later I had a open, compound fracture of my tibular and fibular, this put me off the bike for the remainder of the season. When I got back on a bike it was a 250 as i was a little big for the 150 I had been riding. It took me a long time to gel with the bike and we had many mechanical issues. I am running at 9th in the CJSC championship now even with a few DNFs due to engine failure and one as i hit another rider in the air whilst running in 3rd.
Riding Goals
Too finish in the top 5 in the CJSC championship and qualify for the BYMX.
Competitive Highlights
My 4th place in the British Supercross infront of 20,000 people, great feeling!
The BYMX was also great for me as all of the top riders were there and I felt that if I did well there, I could do well anywhere!
