Personal History

My name is Jakob (JT) Haderlie. I am a 22 year old off-road racer from Utah.  I come from a different point of view than the typical rider as March if 2021 I received a liver transplant. I was unable to ride for 2 years but I’ve been back on the bike a few months and feeling better than ever. Bumps in the road are not something I let slow me down. The fire is burning brighter than ever and I represent a story of never giving up and working through anything thrown your way.

Riding Goals

At this point in my riding “career” I’m chasing better and better results after each race as well as working being a better all around rider. I’ve recently taken up training on the motocross track to help my intensity as it crosses over very well to the Worcs or NGPC races as well and desert racing and enduro formats. I would like to start trying to qualify for the ISDE enduro after going to help a friend in France this year for ISDE. Very cool experience and would love to participate in the future.

Competitive Highlights

Prior to my 2 year absence due to liver transplant I moved into the expert or A class and had done a few races with a 6-8th place average finish in local desert races and NGPC racing. Since getting back on the bike this year I’ve competed in a Worcs event with a 8th place Open B class and a local enduro I placed 2nd 125 expert and 24th OA.
