Personal History
Hi my name is Jake Zapolski (a/k/a "Jake Z"). I began racing stock 50 cc quads, last year at 6 years old.Although this was my first year racing,I did well and finished 3rd place in the "Atco Thunder On The Sand" series. I also finished 3rd at the "Racewayparks Pee Wee" series, even though I was racing against modified quads.
In addition to racing quads, I am an excellent student. I am currently in first grade and am at the top of my class.I also like riding my BMX bike,riding my skate board,playing hockey,soccer,baseball and playing with my friends.
I am a kind, courteous, yet competive kid! Our racing motto is "be safe, have fun and do your best!"
Riding Goals
My main goal is winning the district 6, 4-6 year old 50cc limited series. I also want to go over the staircase at Raceway Park! (they dont' let us). My other goals are to be nicer to my little brother and clean my room more often!
Competitive Highlights
3rd place "Thunder on the Sand" series.
3rd place" Race Way Park Pee Wee" series.
Although winning is great, improving felt pretty good too! Towards the end of the season I began beating kids who in the beginning would always beat me. Watch out.. here I come D-6!
