Personal History
hi my name is jake sinden i first started on the 50cc auto my first ever race was at river side dartford uk.
my first ever start with a real start gate i wheeled out of the gate and finished 9th overall and i loved it and thats where it started.
in my first year on the 50cc auto i won lots of races and my first ever win was at canada heights uk this was really fast r acing and me and my mate jack nixon had some good battles on the day and i manged to win the meeting overall .Then I went on to finish third overall in my local champion ship East Kent School Boy Club.
Then I moved up to the 65cc class and i quickly got used to the gears and the clutch and bigger bike very quickly i finished 5th overall in my first winter champion ship but i had a crash and fractured my arm so i lost champion ship points and could of possibly finished better.
we then started the summer champion ship and i was running second all year and finished 3rd overall but we had some problems with suspension and the rev limiter on the bike but my dad who is my mechanic managed to sort it out for me but we lots champion ship points in two races but was happy with 3rd overall.
i had some good battles lead races and got holeshots.
i have now moved up to the 85cc small wheel class and i have a brand new 2013 ktm 85cc which i love and we have been out practising alot getting ready for the new years racing at East Kent School Boy Scramble Club and GT cup national which is now going to be shown on TV motors TV.
half way through the year i moved onto a crf150 smalll wheel as i felt better on it and rthat my riding style suited, during the year i had some good racing finished up the year on the small wheel.
then we moved up early onto a crf150 big wheel racing at east kent school boy scramble club and mx nationals, as i moved up a year early this group was alot harder and faster as alot of them were older than me but i atill managed to shake them up now and again, it wasont long until i started to get holdeshots and win races in local club east kent and mid sussex we also did the mx national but this was even harder but awseme as we were riding brilliant tracks and races agaionst riders all round britain. my best result at mx nationals was 10th place at foxhills basck last summer. but my season came to a stop as oi broke my back at haukstone international, i had a compression fracture on t5 and t7, i was totally gutted as i was 6th place when the incident happened.
had three months of got all clear , finally got the brace of my back.
finished the year of ridng club meatings got few wins and did my last race at guest and got a nice win , which was a nice way to finish the year.
now we have moved up on the 125cc even thow i could of stayed on the crf150 big wheel. rode some club stuff getting 3rds and 4th as i was riding against 16 to 18 year olds so i was pretty happy with that.
now working on getting stronger as were training and getting readty for 250 fourstroke
Riding Goals
next year we wanna ride a 125 national probally pirelli masters and also ride the 250 fourstoke in local clubs, so i can get stronger.
hopefully year after do nationals on the 250.
would like to get top 10 finishes in pirelli masters, this could be difficult as the riders ages are 14+
