Rider Updates

Aug 30 2020

Not much racing going on but I spent my birthday weekend rippin’ up the track at a buddies house. It was great weather for riding and getting some practice in! Photos on my Instagram and Facebook and a new video to come on my YouTube channel. Check it all out!

Here is an update for you all! I have made some friends who have tracks so I have been able to start practicing more. I also plan to start practicing at the Portland International Raceway this week since they have opened up Thursday Night Motocross for practices. It feels great to get back out there!

Well because of Covid I haven't been riding much lately. I am really hoping to get back out there soon!

Well as everyone knows there is no racing going on which is a huge bummer. But I have been working on my bikes and practicing in my back yard as well as riding up and down my street. I am keeping my hopes up that we will be able to race PIR this summer. I hope everyone is staying well!

I've been racing arenacross lately and it's been a blast! I am confident on my 50 but still learning my 65 and hoping to get better at it throughout the year.

Last night was the High Point Awards ceremony at the Portland International Raceway for Thursday Night Motocross. I took home 3rd overall in high points and got to stand up at the podium at receive a trophy! This was my first full season at TNMX and I had a blast!

Took my first win tonight in the MX2 class at TNMX! So pumped!

I raced at the Northwest Arenacross Nationals in Astoria over the weekend. It was a ton a fun and it was my first time racing arenacross. I got 1st place in the last chance qualifiers and 2 hole shots during the weekend but then during the main event someone ran into my bike when I was in 3rd place and I ended up in a crash pile. I was a little bummed - but it happens. That's racing right!? There's always next time. I still had fun and can't wait to race arenacross again!

Started January off with a bang! Went and checked out Riverdale Raceway in Toutle, WA for open practice. It's a fun place to ride because they have multiple tracks at all different levels. It's a bit of a drive for me but I'll definitely be looking forward to going back there to race in the future!

Fun time racing today again at Woodland MX Park. I got 4th place overall. I was in 3rd place during the second moto but had a fumble near the end. But it's okay - 3rd place, I'm comin' for ya next time!

I had a great time yesterday at Wooland Motocross Park in Washington. It was my first time there and the track was really fun! I got 5th place (out of 16) my first race but I fell a couple times my second race resulting in 8th place overall. I kept going though and had a blast! I’m looking forward to racing there again soon!

Going to be racing for the first time out at Woodland this weekend! I heard riders get pretty muddy at this track - but a little dirt never hurt anyone, right? I'm looking forward to it! (but I'm sure my dad isn't looking forward to washing my bike after!)

Oct 1 2018

I just finished up my very first season of racing at TNMX at the Portland International Raceway. I started the season as a newbie and wasn't placing on the charts, but I have proven that hard work and dedication pays off. I started riding every weekend up at Brown's Camp and practicing any chance I could get. Week after week I started placing on the charts and winning trophies. I even got 3rd place the last two weeks and during my very last race of the season, I got 2nd place in the second moto (3rd overall). That was my best yet! I am determined to keep going during the winter season and plan to race at either the Woodland Motocross Park or the indoor track in Salem. I've decided not to do soccer next season so I can focus all of my energy on riding and racing any chance I can get! I am determined to improve my skills and win some races!
