Personal History
My name is Jacob service, I am 16 years old and going into my 4th year of racing. I started riding when I was 5 on a CRF 50, I loved it and now 10 years later I’m racing adults and kids races every other weekend. I am in a AA high school with 1500 kids per grade. I love to race with me and my dad. For the first two years it was all good just with what we had, but now that we’re getting faster we need to invest more money into training and better parts. Which is where we are having problems because money is being pulled thin with training and parts. I work 2 jobs and try to ride every day after work. I am hoping that we can get support for our racing team and can further my potential progression as a racer.
Riding Goals
My riding goals are to be able to win or compete in a Pro line In the GNCC. At this point we are on the right path to reaching my goal, I just need to push harder on the bike and off the bike. I also want to start a racing team and be able to teach my kids how to ride. I want to also start riding motocross and expand my ability.
Competitive Highlights
Last year I was 8th in class and 26th Overall, this year I am 3rd in class and 5th overall. All the riders in front of me have been consistently faster all my life, but as the years go on its starting to show who is putting in more work on the bike. My skill has consistently been getting much better. I am now beating riders I never thought I could never compete with. This year we are moving into 125A class in GNCC and local events and hoping to win the championship!
