Personal History
Hi my name is Jacob Freeman, I am 16 years old and I have been riding ATVs since I was 8 years old and I have been riding dirt bikes for 2 years now. I live in the suburbs of Crystal Lake ,IL. I have grown up around dirt bikes and ATVs my entire life, my dad raced for Honda at the age of 16. I have always had a burning passion more this sport, even as a young child I begged my dad to take me around yard on his bike or put some sort of motocross race on tv. I was never allowed to have a dirt bike because my dad did not want to see me get hurt. Once I was old enough to got a job and I told myself the first thing I would purchase with my money would be a dirt bike. The first bike I purchased was a 2002 Kawasaki KX125, once I received that I had Tom Zont Racing fully go through the bike and make it as spec as it possibly could be. I then learned the basics of how to corner, jump, when to stand and when to sit, etc. I then sold that and bought a 2011 Suzuki RMZ250, which I am current riding. I am very comfortable on this bike and have decided to get my AMA District 17 racer card. I would like to compete in the 250c class to start. There are not any tracks around me, so I have to drive a long way to get track time, which I am dedicated to every weekend. After school everyday I do my homework, then hop on my bike and ride my personal track that I have built at the end of my street. I am looking forward to the 2020 race season!
Thank You for considering, Jacob Freeman
