Personal History
My name is Jackson Nickolet and I am applying for sponsorship. I am 14 years old, I live in Quesnel, BC, Canada and have been motocross racing for 3 years, but have been riding for 10 years. Below is a brief history of my racing career: - age 5: raced in my first cross-country race on my LEM 50. - age 6-10: raced in several local cross-country events on KTM 50s and a KX 65. - age 11: started motocross and raced KX 65 and KX 85. - age 12 (2012): won 85cc 12-16 overall for BCMA north - age 13 (2013): *1st overall in BCMA Schoolboy *5th overall in Junior MX2, but only raced 12 of 21 races because I got my 2013 KX250F mid-season. *7th overall in Supermini, but I only raced 7 of 21 races.
Riding Goals
I plan to win the BCMA Junior MX2 and Junior MX3 classes in 2014 riding my 2013 KX250F. Because I did so well in Junior MX2, but only rode the KX250F for half the season, I am not sure if I will be forced to be an Intermediate. Regardless, I plan to race at every BCMA event and go to the Western Canadian Championships in Raymond, Alberta. I love riding my KXF. The power is awesome, but I want to look good too.
