Personal History
Klaus Lohmüller studied real estate economics at the (ADI) Academy of Real Estate Management of the DHBW Stuttgart and holds a title as an expert for the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties (TÜV).
Today he leads the Lohmüller & Company Group, which with its subsidiaries and a team of around a dozen experienced and committed experts has already brokered a real estate volume in the three-digit million range since it was founded.
Riding Goals
In addition to his work as a trainer and appointed member of the examination boards at the IHK for Munich and Upper Bavaria, Klaus Lohmüller works on a voluntary basis for certified real estate agents (IHK) and real estate specialists (IHK). In addition, he is a lecturer at the IHK in Munich for the course to become a certified real estate specialist (IHK) in the areas of property law and brokerage law.
