Went down really hard. Snapped the frame on my 21 YZ250F with 10 hours on the bike. Been off the bike for almost 2 months. Spine and back injuries

Took third today!! Dead last moto 1 and came back to 5th then moto 2 I pulled the holeshot and held up till the red flag. Got third moto 2 after the red flag. had a good day!
