Rider Updates
Jan 25 2023
Hello! Once again thank you to my sponsors for their continued support in my race program. Heading into 2023 I have raced 3 races already in my new novice class and placed 2nd, 1st and 4th so I am excited to keep progressing everytime I ride. Furthermore I just purchased a 2022.5 Husqvarna FC250 Rockstar Edition as my new race bike and am extremely excited to get this bike on the podium. My fitness program has also been expanding as I now have a personal trainer to assist in a moto based strength and conditioning training 2 days a week and I do my triathlon cardio training (1hr swimming, 25 bike miles, 10 running miles) 2 days a week and Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu the remaining 2 days. I still get out a ride typical 3-4 morning a week and am also pushing for more. I look forward to a year of big wins and good racing. Thank you for the support.

Hello! I’d like to to start by thanking my sponsors (O’Neal Racing, EVS Sports and Ogio Powersports) for the opportunity to represent their companies and use their products in my program. Secondly I’m very proud to announce that I have won my first overall series championship in my first season of racing/riding dirt bikes which I am very proud of. Winning does nothing but motivate me to work harder and focus more on doing it again in a higher skilled division against more fearsome competitors. In preparation for 2023 I am training more than ever physically and mentally, I spend typically 4-5 hours a day working out in a gym or at home and have been practicing on the motorcycle 3-4 times a week as well. I am looking forward to a great year of racing in 2023 and am excited to represent my sponsors and show the world what we can do. Thanks, Hayden.

Hello! First I'd like to thank my new sponsors Oneal, Spy Optics, Ogio and EVS for their support in my program. Secondly I wanted to update that currently I am in 1st place for both the 250 division and Open division of the Arizona Cycle Park Fall SMX series. Currently I am training harder than ever so that I continue to progress not only physically but mentally and tactically on the dirt bike. A typical training day for me now consists of an hour of studying/note taking on The MotoAcademy app to better my technique and understanding, I ride a bmx bike 15-20 miles 1 to 2 times a day just to keep my mind focused on a 2 wheel lifestyle (I no longer allow myself to drive anywhere. if I go somewhere it has to bike on a bike regardless of distance or time) and to do practical technique training (standing while riding, balance, etc.) and then a 30 minute all out swim session to improve my cardio and conditioning. I would like to start out on a forward step with my new sponsors by trying to win harder than ever before and to yet again thank them for their support. Thank you, Hayden James. #777
