Personal History
I got my first dirt bike when I was 14 and have loved riding since the day I got it. I didn't do very good when I raced in the beginning but I always had fun doing it. I moved to Florida when I was 17 and didn't ride very much down there. When I moved back to Michigan 3 years later, my little brother convinced me to buy a new bike. Ever since I got my new bike and started racing, I have progressed and grown to become a better rider. When my brother and I got our new bikes we were at the back of the pack and with time and practice we are now at the front of the pack. We have found a spot we love to race and at the track we are the top racers in our class.
Riding Goals
My goals with riding are to become the best rider I can be. I know I have a lot of potential to be great on my bike and with help I know I can get there. One major thing I want to accomplish is to race at Loretta Lynn's. It would be a great experience to meet riders and would fulfill a dream that I've had since I started riding.
Competitive Highlights
When I race in my open class, on my 125, against 250's and 450's, I come in the top with the best riders from other classes. I feel very accomplished and often wonder how much better I would do on a bigger bike. I also have gotten tangled up in my 125 class in the holeshot and was the very last person out of the first corner and within the next 2 laps I was back in 2nd place. It was a big accomplishment and quite a rush passing 20 riders to finish the race with a second.
