Personal History

I am the President and owner of GJ Anderson, Inc..  My business practice includes work as a risk management consultant and broker for commercial insurance.  I hold the C.I.C./certified insurance counselor professional designation..  I am a member and past officer of the Fresno Motorcycle Club (founded in 1939) which has an excellent practice track and riding facility for its members and guests. Additionally, we support, promote and run the Caruthers Fair flat track races on an annual basis (over 33 years straight).  I am involved in several charitable foundations and currently serve as a board member and elected President of C.A.P. (Comprehensive Addiction Program, Inc.) in Fresno, CA  which provides services to approximately 500 people per year suffering from high levels of addiction to alcohol and/or drugs.  I also serve on the board of directors for the Fresno Sheriff's Foundation for Public Safety which serves underprivileged children in outlying Fresno County communities.  In addition to getting considerable seat time training for moto compared to many of my peers, I recently started training on a KTM carbon fiber road bike or mountain bike a few days per week.

I ride and race a 2019.5 KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition with the WP Cone Valve forks and also own a KTM SuperDuke 1290.  I am known as "coach" to many of my moto friends kids and families because I love to teach young and older beginning/novice level vets technique and motocross basic skills.  I am a solid and loyal representative for all sponsors and appreciate your interest.

Riding Goals

To ride consistently at or near the front of the pack running expert in Over The Hill Gang and intermediate in AMA events.   My goal is to improve in the early part of the year and ultimately win the 2020 OTHG National Championship for the 52 expert class.  Compete hard and finish top 3 in the 50 and 55 intermediate class at the Swap Moto Vet and the World Vet.  I have competed for years in the Over The Hill Gang and have won a National championship in the 45 and 52 expert classes so the goal is to win.

Competitive Highlights

I have competed with the Over the hill gang 45 and now the 52 experts for the past few years winning the OTHG National Championship series more than one time.  I have had very good results at Mammoth Mountain and in the World Vet including wins.
