Personal History

I grew up in a family where instead of going to church on Sunday, we rode. Dirtbiking was a religous hobby in my house. We would wake up early to beat the heat and ride until we ran out of gas. I have been riding for 10+ years now. Of course my early stages were not as hard or challenging and the obstacles I tackle today. I still rode. I got into motocross when I rode my second bike, a RM 65. That this was a ripper. I got 2 second places with that bike then I layed off racing. My dad did not particularly like the track. So instead we stuck to the desert, which is now where I eat, drink, and sleep. After that bike I got a CR85R. Sticking with a 2 stroke this thing took off. I tried to get back into racing and did 3 races this time. Through my hard work I came out with 2 third places and 1 second. My competition was starting to be older, more devoted kids and this knocked me down a lot. When my parents got divorced I had to put down dirtbiking for a bit but everyday I would stare at the side of the road thinking; dang what a sick jump, or man I wish I could go hit up that trail. Eventually I got my CRF250R in 2014. I hooked up with a friend of my James Flynn. At the time he was in his first season of racing with the AMRA Off Road Series. I envied him. So much that I started to ride with him every chance I could. I strived to get better, I strived to be better. Eventually the next season started and I began with it. I turned into a racer. My very first enduro race I got 3rd place and have been battling my fellow racers on the podium ever sense. Now it is just a matter of who hits that corner harder, who makes it to the check point faster. And I guess we will just have to wait and see who does make it out in front of the cloud of dust.
