Personal History
My name is Garrett Howard. I am 20 years old, been racing since i was 8. I love the sport, looking to go a lot further with it. Now that I'm paying for it on my own I'm looking for anything that will help, so I can reach my goals. Because I tore my ACL my parents sold my bike, and I haven't raced in 3 years, but I bought my old bike back, and I'm looking to get back into the sport even more competitavely than I used to. I'm trying to travel racing locally, regionally, and possibly on a national level.
Riding Goals
Right now my goal is to pick up speed, so I can race expert next season, but down the road I would like to make it to Canada to race pro.
Competitive Highlights
My highlights include one of my last full seasons healthy when I won the 450 Novice championship locally, and placed 2nd in the 250 class. I was a consistant top 5 rider when I raced Novice with a few first place finishes. Then my first season racing Amateur starting on my 250 I was consistantly a top 10 rider until I tore my acl. I bought my 450, and finished out the season on the torn acl, until my last race of the season I received a concussion and finally had surgery on my knee.
