Personal History

Hi I am Frank Ortiz and I live in North Tustin, Ca with my wife and daughter. My wife knows that I have been riding since she met me back in high school and have never been without a bike since we have been together. I started riding at the age of 12 on KX 125s and 250s. I was fortunate enough to get my hands on some Team Green privateer level bikes and raced them in High School at local tracks like Glen Helen and Starwest. After those rides the movement to 4 strokes was happening and I bought a KX 450 that was owned by a Supercross privateer. I modded that bike for desert and wish I still had it to this day. After that bike I started to get into dual sport riding as I was getting "older" and a lot of guys were transitioning to organized dual sport rides. At that time I was on a 2011 KTM 530 doing many San Diego dual sport rides as well as pre running the San Felipe 250 many years in a row. Moving on to my current bikes I have a 2018 Beta 430 that I used to start racing District 37 Desert Series and I also have a 2023 Husqvarna tx300 that I am currently racing.
