Personal History

There are many things a person could say about themselves. Many people live the same lives, but in a diffrent order. About 3 years ago my family and I left what and who we knew in New Jersey, and moved to Arizona. Part of the decesion on moving was so that i could live out a dream.  That dream is to become a professional atv racer. The other part was so that I could further my education at the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute.

In 2005 my famliy and I moved everything we had to Arizona. It was a great feeling of a new begining.  On our third day on the road we stopped to spend the night in Tennessee. Upon us awaking we had been robbed of half our possessions, and my Cannondale moto atv.  I was completely distrut and heartbroken.  As great as my parents were they would not let this dream be over. As soon as, we arrived in Arizona, we contacted ATK Motorcycles so we could race a similar atv as i was use to. With the help of Frank White and all of the member of his great team helped us get back on our feet witrh a bike to ride.  We as a family decided to wait till i was done with school to persue my racing carrer. My education has always come first with my famliy. After two years of schooling in Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Honda, I graduated with a 3.78 GPA. Since I Have graduated racing has been my life.

The things that I could bring to your companies are because of how we are diffrent.  The things that my race team and I can bring to your company are professionalism, the attention my atv brings when we arrive at the track and finally my dream of becoming a pro racer.

When I was brought up my parents taught me that I can get farther in life by being humble than being ignorant. I have used my parent's saying and it has brought me far in my life, and I caryy that into my racing.  My parents are a huge part of not only my race team but of everyone else's.  My parents along with my crew member would go above and beyond for a fellow racer.  We currently pit for three atv racers during a race, who race in another class. But they do not hesitate to help a fellow competitor.  As for myself, I carrry my humble attitude and try not to bring down my competition but to bring them up. Since I am a graduate of MMI, my knowledge of bikes and atvs is a great deal of help to fellow racers.  No matter if a rider is injured or needs help on the course my professionalism comes firts to make sure they are alright.  Sportsmanship comes firts, no one likes a sore winner or a sore loser.

Secondly,  the atv that I ride is not common.  There are many nay Sayers when it comes to my atv, but it is what I feel sets me apart from the other racers.  In the Whiplash desret series and Speedworld quad cross, I am the only quad of my kind there.  It is not a normal night until atleast 5 peoplecome and talk to me about the atv.  Normally the first question is "Do they make parts?".  But it brings up conversation on what is all on the quad and who helps me get to the races.

Thirdly,  If it wasbt already mentioned that my parents go above and beyond foe other racers, the sacrifice that they have made so we can race is unbelievable.  My parents are readily spending their retirement fundso that i can persue my dream.  My mother has taken a job so that she can pay for my entry fee foe both racing and practice. She also goes half on parts for the atv with my father.  She also makes sure that my gear is fully funtional and does not hesitate when it comes to making sure I look professional for my race.  My father is my crew chief.  He makes sure that my atv is 100% before I ride.  His role in the pits and in the garage preparing for the race can not be replaced.  My parents are the biggesr help through all this and I am proud that I have parents like them.

Finally, my one dream when I close my eys is to become a pro racer.  I know many people say this, but i am not saying I am doing.  Everything in my 7 day week is in preperation for racing.  from my diet to my training habits.  I learned to sacrifice certian things so I can gain in racing.  At any hour of the day I am out in the garage or out exercising to better myself and my machine.  There is nothing that can stop me from persuing this dream it feels like it is meant to be.

I hope that you have seen something that has caught your eye and are willing to take a chance and support my dream.  My way of living my life and with the help of my parents and close friends we can all succeed.  I thank you for taking the time to read my resume.

Riding Goals

For the up coming racing season, I am moving up one class in the Whiplash Offroad series to open expert.  I am also going to run  open expert in a Grand prix series which is local to Arizona, and also a local motorcross series. As well as, a few local WORCS races. I am looking to run as many races so I can keep gaining experience, and finish in the top five of every race. As for training I plan to attend the Joe Byrd riding school. This school was highly recommended by friends and fellow racers.  I feel that this school will give me an edge over some racers.  As well as a stricter workout routine including boxing and soccer. With all this I hope to have a great 2010 season!

Competitive Highlights

During the 2009 race season, I learned many things about myself and the comitment of racing.  This season I commited to the Whiplash Offroad Series open amatuer class for series points.  The 10 race series for this year consisted of short course tracks and long desert courses.

This whole season I battled with one other rider for the overall lead in our class and the overall points champoinship of every class.  For the first six races of the year we both finished on the podium. Even though we were serious points contenders at a race we pitted for my fellow rider. It seems that even in the heat of the points lead we could still help each other out.  From that point on we had become friends off the track and great racing rivals on the track.
