Personal History
My name is Frank Apuzzo and I am 36 years old. I own a pastry shop in North Branford, CT. I have been riding motocross since I was 10 years old off and on until about 2 years ago. I've recently gotten more involved when my first son, Joey, was born. With wanting to teach him the correct way to ride and wanting to better my own riding skills, I have taken multiple motocross courses such as Gary Baily and Tony Lorusso Motocross Schools. In the past year, our bakery sponsored a pro expert and national rider named Ryan Desrosiers. I have been riding and training with him and attending more races with the best results in my career.
Riding Goals
My riding goals are to physically get in better shape, both for health reasons and for riding. I would also like to win an overall series locally. A long term goal of mine is to try to qualify in the 30+ class for Loretta Lynn's Amateur National.
Competitive Highlights
I won first overall in our local motocross club, Milford Riders Summer Classic 30+ C class.
