Personal History
I started riding when I was 7, and started racing at 9. I raced with the boys in schoolboy A for 4 years since I was younger then the age required for the class my last year I finished 3 in the championship. When I was 16 the largest association in Canada (FMSQ) created a women pro class in the afternoon with the pro men. I decided to go straight to the afternoon class. I jumped from a youth class to a pro class. I then won 2 years in a row the women pro class championship and last year I decided that I needed a bigger challenge and so I decided to move up with the intermediate men which is the class just after pro. I am currently still racing in that class but I am also this year doing the entire GNCC serie in the United States.
Riding Goals
My goal for this year is to make a top 5 in both championship in Canada in the intermediate class and a top 5 in the WXC class at the GNCC in the United States. I have been selected for the Canadian team again this year to go to the ISDE in Argentina this year and I wish to get a silver medal this year.
Competitive Highlights
My highlights would be :
- 3rd place schoolboy A
- 2 time winner women pro hare scramble and enduro
- bronze medal at the ISDE in Italy
