Personal History
I am Ethan Thomas Hindmarch, a South African hard enduro/extreme enduro/ enduro racer. I have been racing since 2017 starting on an 85cc bike. I then moved off my 85 onto a 2019 KTM 125 XC-W where i raced for 1 year in 2018 and won the championship by full whipeout, winning every single race of the season through hard work and dedication. Even though i had wont the championship and could still race the class for another 3 years, i found the class wasn't enough of a challenge, and so i stepped up into the E1 class. The E1 class consists of all bikes up to a 250cc 4-stroke. I sold my KTM and moved onto a 2020 Husqvarna TE150i and got a sponsorship by Eddy2Race (Cape Towns #1 Husqvarna dealership). I am still currently racing this bike under Eddy2Race but havent gotten much racing in due to races being canceled from Covid-19. I am thankful for all the help and support from my family and my sponsors and am hoping to step my game up even more and improve to race competitively internationally. I have completed Roof Of Africa silver class with a 42nd position and am planning on completing Gold in the near future.
