Personal History
My name is Eric Lapointe and I am 28 years old. This year is my 5th year as a full time French teacher. I like to keep active by riding my dirt bike, playing soccer, playing hockey, hunting and fishing. I really enjoy spending time with my friends doing the previously mentioned activities. I have began riding about 2 years ago. I always wanted to try riding but I never could afford it. 2 years ago I bought a 2001 Yamaha YZ 125 and it was just too tall for me as I am 5'4". I then got my 2002 KX 100 which I feel much more comfortable on. This year was my first year racing and I was only able to make it to 2 races but next year I am looking forward to many more races. I have worked hard all my life to get to where I am and when I have a goal in mind, I work hard to achieve it.
Riding Goals
One of my goals this year is to make it to many more races. I was not able to make to many races as I was working full time including weekends. This year I will not be working as much and will have more time for practicing and racing. My second goal is to move up one category to Novice B and place in the top 20s.

2013 Racing Year- First year racing.
First race - Colborne 10th
Second race- Albalea 3rd
