Personal History
My name is Ellie Barnes and I am 15 years old. I live with my 2 younger sisters and my mom and dad. I attend Jackson High School as a freshman and I really enjoy school. My favorite subject in school is definitely math. I also really love playing sports. In middle school I played on the basketball team for two years and in high school so far I played on my school's soccer team. I like to draw and am in cartooning class at school. I also go to all of the pro national races at Washougal with my dad ever year.
Riding Goals
My riding goals are to continue to keep racing at local tracks and getting my speed up. In 2021 my goal is to qualify for Loretta Lynn's in the girls (11-16) class. I love riding my dirtbike and just having fun but would definitely like to get faster overall. I ride because I have so much fun just hitting jumps and riding with my friends. Riding also brings my family together because we don't have phones to use and we can spend time together.
Competitive Highlights
My highlights are that I have won a couple of races in the Riverdale Mx Winter Series and now I am second in points in the women's novice class. I just started racing in the beginning of November in 2019 so I am pretty new to racing.
