Personal History
Personal
I grew up in Norco, CA. We have 10 dogs & 6 cats, but Moses is my favorite dog of them all. Last year I made the Honor Roll in school the first two trimesters and Principles Honor Roll the last trimester, ending with seven A’s and one B. I like listening to music, riding my bike & scooter, playing video games, wake boarding, and playing with our dogs. I have been active in football, baseball, basketball, & swimming. Sports come natural for me and I enjoy them, however, motorcycle riding is my passion. At this time, I am focusing on school & motorcycle riding.
Racing Background
I started desert riding at the age of 8 on a KLX 110. Within a year and a half I moved up to the KX65. In June of 2014 I began training/racing on my KX65. I completed in my first AMA series in June 2014m and took home championship. Then in October, my parents gave me a KX85 for my birthday. I have gone to many training camps with Kelly Yancey. In December & July I was able to go to Panic Rev training camp. I had a wonderful time and learned a lot from this experience. In March, my private sponsors Ron & Karen Roper and my parents were able to buy me a 2012 KTM KXS85, so now I will have a practice bike/back up bike and a race bike. In early May I changed trainers to gain a different aspect of skills. My new trainer is Ryan Honstein and we meet at least once a week.
Riding Goals
2016 Goals
I hope to gain enough experience on the KTM 85SX to race in the winter season. I will also continue to train with Ryan Honstein to improve my speed and skills. I will work hard to advance up in class.
Plans for the future
I will continue to race as often as my parents can take me. I hope someday to travel to different states to compete. I really hope to take my motorcycle career as far as I can take it. It truly is my passion.
Competitive Highlights
I think as of right now, my career highlight is being able to conquer my fears with the help of my trainer when it comes to triples and double doubles. Also being able to move from a beginner to a novice in such a short period of time. I am proud of how far I have come in such a short period of time.
