Personal History
My name is Elec McClellan. I am 19 years old. I am from Hoover, Alabama. I race motocross and arenacross. I have been racing for about five years now. I did unfortunately start racing a little older than most people start off but I feel my passion for racing is much greater than people who have been racing even since they were five. I race a 2008 YZ250F, and I am in 250C Class, College Boy, and 450C class. I am a very dedicated and serious rider. I have it in me to make something of myself in the sport of motocross and that only pushes me to be better and try harder. My motto, "Go Big or Go Home!"
Riding Goals
In 2011/2012, I plan on going to Mini-O's, racing the local arenacross series, and, of course, try to qualify for Loretta's.
Competitive Highlights
My greatest accomplishment in motocross was taking a 5th place in my first moto in 250 C in 2009 at a Loretta Lynn Qualifier at Muddy Creek Raceway in Blountsville, TN, but unfortunately I wrecked out in the second moto for a disappointing 14th overall. Due to continued bad luck, I finished 17th overall at a Loretta Lynn Qualifier at Gravity Alley Mx in Breaux Bridge, LA three weeks later.
