Personal History
I am 10 years old and live in Humble, Texas. I have been riding motocross since November 2007. I currently attend Maplebrook Elementary School and I am in the 5th grade. I am on the AB Honor Roll and was chosen to be on the Maplebrook Safety Patrol Team. I have been taking Tang So Do Karate for 5 years and am currently a Red Belt working towards a Black Belt. I recently participated in the World Karate Tournament in Orlando, Florida and placed 3rd Nationally in both Forms and Sparring competitions. Last year I was chosen to represent Maplebrook in the The First Tee Golf Tournament at Redstone County Club in Houston, Texas. I placed 2nd out of a group of over 200 area 4th Grade students. I have found my passion and am ready to put all my energy and enthusiam into the sport of motocross racing.
Riding Goals
One of my goals for this year is just to train, practice and race as much as I can. I just started racing in March of 2008 and placed 5th on my first race. After that I was hooked. Now I try to ride a few times during the week and every weekend that I can. Another goal is to podium every race I enter. When I am at the starting gate I know that I am going to give it everything I've got and ride my heart out. When the race is over I want to know that I put my heart and soul into it and did the best that I could.
Competitive Highlights
- Begin riding in 65cc class in November 2007
- Placed 5th in my first race at Highlands MX Park.
