Personal History
My name is Easton Theys and I am 12 years old. I live in Helena, MT. I am in the 6th grade and love all kinds of sports. I get good grades and love spending time playing with my moto buddies. I love to ride with my Dad. We can have fun but also be serious when needed. I started riding dirt bikes at the ripe old age of 18 months. My dad bought me a PW50 with training wheels and I would ride all over the yard and go with him to the track every chance I could get. At the age of 4, I raced a few times in the Big Sky State Series. When I turned 5, I really started to love racing and competed in the Montana HCMA State series on my PW50. At the end of the race season my dad bought me a new Cobra 50 and that was a game changer. Just about every weekend my family travels to races all over the Pacific Northwest.
Riding Goals
I want to keep improving my riding techniques and learning how to improve my lap times while still being smooth along the way. My biggest goal for the 2022 season is to finish top 10 at the Loretta Lynn's AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship in both 85 classes. I hope to win a championship in the RMX and CMMX series on my 85. Another goal is t attend all the major AMA events this year.
Competitive Highlights
My biggest highlight this year was being selected to participate in the KTM Jr Supercross Challenge in Houston Texas. I was so excited to finish 3rd place and being interviewed up on the podium in front of thousands of people. It was the most amazing experience ever and I am so thankful for it.
