Rider Updates
Last friday I went to wrestling practice and broke my left arm. I broke it right above the rist. Know unfortunatly I am in a cast! I have been trainning so hard to get ready for my first full race season in 2009! The Doc said I will prolly have to have the cast on for 6 weeks. But as soon as it comes off I am back to my ariginal trainning schedule!
