Personal History
i live in a family of four, i have a mom and dad and 1 sister. my dad has raced motocross ever since he was a young boy and thats how i got into it. We are all very close with each there and my family is very important to me. My sisters boyfriend of over a year, also races motocross, and so does his brother. My dad, the boyfriend, the little brother and i train together. we push each other and t makes us faster. In my spare time i like riding my bike and hitting dirt jumps. i also enjoy spending my time with friends and i love being at the track the most.
Riding Goals
After a successful 2014 season with many ups and downs, i am pushing harder than ever to become a stronger rider. Last season i won the schoolboy 1 championship and finished 8th and 10th in MX2 Jr A, and MX3 Jr A respectively. My goals for this season is to place top 3 in MX2 jr A and MX3 Jr A. I feel these goals are quite attainable. Within the next 2 years i plan to move up to the intermediate class. Also this season i plan to attend the WCAN (western canadian amateur national). I have qualified for the event the last 2 years but could not afford to go. Once i become an intermediate rider i plan to try and qualify for a Canadian pro national, and from there i want to become a canadian pro by the time i am 19 years old. Hopefully i will be able to get on a factory team and do the whole national circuit.
Competitive Highlights
I have been riding bikes since i was 4 and i started racing when i was 7 years old. I had also played other sports until i was 12 and thats when i quit those sports and fully committed to motocross. In 2011 when i was 13 years old i won my first provincial championship in the 85cc class on a 2009 Kx 85. In 2012 i moved up to a 2011 Yz 125. I competed in the under 30 novice class, and i finished 2nd overall, missing the first round due to a concussion. In 2013 i got a brand new 2013 Kx250F. I raced that in the MX2 Junior B class. I finished 3rd overall in that class. In 2014 I raced on the 2013 Kx250F. I competed in the Mx3 Junior class where i finished 10th overall, and the Mx2 Junior A class where i finished 8th overall. Also I won my second provincial championship, racing the 2011 Yz 125 in the Schoolboy 1 class. Now in 2015 i purchased a 2015 KX250F. i will be riding that in the MX3 Jr A and MX2 JrA
