Douglas Eggleston finishes 7TH in 40+ C Class and 19TH overall 40+ group, earning him the number "19S" for the 2008 season.

Doug's current plans are to move up to the "B" class for 2008. He plans to change bikes to the Yamaha YZ250 for the upcoming season. Doug has also secured paid sponsorship from Coldwell Banker & Equity Title for 2008.

"I really enjoyed my first year of racing and look forward to steadily increasing my speed and skills in 2008". Doug plans to continue learning from his number one coach, Steve Hatch. Also ex pro rider Ethan Goodrich and local AA rider, Tim Hillsamer are on the schedule for 2008. "I also cannot get enough of the crazy-tough trail rides with my riding buddies". "On those rides, it is a matter of survival ... you live you get stronger, smash yourself up too badly & your back in recovery".

Big thanks to my sponsors: Kenda Tires, Klim USA, Scott Goggles, Motohouse, International E-Z Up, Ready Racing Filters, PumpX, Coldwell Banker & Equity Title for their support in the past and upcoming race season.

I was pumped when I found out that I came in 5TH Place in the "40+ C" class & 5TH overall for the race. It was a tough course, which I like and despite loosing my steering dampener on the first lap, I just ignored the issue & pinned it for 3 more laps to the finish line.
This was the first time I got to see my friend Steve Hatch race too. Steve took me dirt bike riding for my first time a little over two years ago and I have been hooked ever since.
Looking forward to the Cholla Cross race in two weeks!

Fantastic trails, good times, perfect weather followed by a yummy catered barbeque in the Mountains next to Monticello, Utah.

Jimmy "The Mule" Muhlstein, an avid local rider who's knowledge of the back country trails and legendary skills riding them has earned him the nickname "the mule" was once again chosen to lead the 3rd annual WORCS Industry Ride.
He invited us (a few Hoons from Arizona) to tag along as we were in town to ride with him anyway.
The scene was unusual to say the least, when the MONSTER "Team Green" semi pulled up to the staging area next to a quiet little campgound followed by KTM racing, Rekluse Clutch and other sponsored vehicles.
Pro riders like Destry Abbott, Nathan Woods & Ricky Detrich rolled out their bikes and prepared to go for a little ride. About 40 riders in all split up into two groups Expert & Not Expert. I was told to ride with the expert group based on the trails we had been riding the past two days. About 45 minutes into the ride the "Expert" group of about 25 riders had about 8 riders cut (very intimidateing) & directed to less difficult trails. I managed to elude that cut and was able to finish the ride (in one piece) with the pro's.
Unbelievable scenery, tough trails and good times!

Douglas Eggleston was recently selected to represent motorcycle riders by participating in a joint volunteer venture with Arizona State Parks, Game & Fish Dept, BLM and local law enforcement.
The focus is on educating new and experienced trail riders regarding laws and safety of motorized vehicles.

Off Camber Motorcycle Club is the newest successful start up club in Arizona. In 2006 we put on our first race event was a Hare Scramble called "The Kilauea Crusher" near the Lake Pleasant area West of Phoenix.
In 2007 we put on our second race "Krusher II" and choose a "qualifier format" for this event which was also a success.
For 2008 we have two race events planned. One will be a "National event" scheduled for October of 2008.
