Personal History

Hello, my name is Dominic Bunn. My parents bought me a 2018 TC85 for my birthday this year in February. I asked asked if I can start racing and my journey began in March of this year. I was a little nervous when I lined up at the gate and there was a full rack of 38 racers. At the end of the day I finished 11 over all. My last round I finished 5th over all. It’s a big class in the local Battle Born MX series but I have consistently improved in all aspects of my training and overall finishes. I continue to train as much as possible and I am very lucky to get to train at a private track on occasion. I’ve been racing my TC85 in the 13 & up class and the open class this year. I will continue to race that class as well as the 85/C class in AMA races next year. Additionally, with support from my local Kawasaki dealership, I will be racing the 125/250 C class on my brand new 2022 KX250F.

Riding Goals

My goals are to first have fun, as my mom and day say! Second goal is HUGE: always work my hardest in school, keep a positive and professional attitude, train train train! I will run the local series for fill in opportunities, but my highest goal next year is to qualify and race Mammoth and place top 5 in the Nevada State Championship Race in Mesquite, NV. My ultimate goal for now is to point up the the 125/250 A class by 17 and point up for a professional license. Yeah, every kid want to race SX and MX with the best and that is always a goal, but I’m focused on an AMA pro license at 18!
