Rider Updates
Jul 21 2008
I raced my fist Oklahoma State Seies Race at Cooperland MX last weekend. It was an awesome experience, I placed 9th overall out of 24 bikes in the 85 Beginner class. My starts were not the best I've had, I was a little nervous in the gate, but I was picking off riders in every corner and ended up getting a top ten finish, which was my goal coming into the race.
This has been my first summer on on motorcycle and I am hooked on racing. I would like to thank my mom and dad for all the support they have provided me this year. I would also like to thank Jeff and Jenny Hester of Hester Design, they have been very supportive of my racing this year. They took a chance on me when no one else would and I hope I made them proud to be affiliated with me and my racing. Last but certainly not least is my coach and trainer Cameron Tate, he has been the difference maker in my riding this year. He also took a chance on me, he is very busy with his racing career, but took the time out of his schedule to train me and teach me about the sport of motocross. I can't say enough about Cameron, other than I hope God continues to bless him and his family and that I will continue to work my tail off for him.
I am really looking forward to next year, I am going to have a breakout year in motocross. I will be working my tail off all winter long and will be ready for anything next year!
Thanks again to all my supporters and God Bless all of you!
