In the final round of the Central MN MX series all I had to do was place in the top three in the first moto and just finish the second moto without a DNF (for bothe classes). If I could do that it would give me first overall in both classes for the series. In my first moto of 250 I placed 2nd. Now in 125 I was once again running second with only one lap to go and there I am. I wake up layin on the track screaming in the most pain I have ever felt in my life. Me and another rider came over a hill and he had way more air from the inside when I came from the outside scrubbing speed. I was setting up for the corner and playing a little defense but just before I got to the corner I was taken out. He had landed on me and when he did his frame had broke my left arm (radius and ulna). I am very lucky cause he could have landed on my back and this whole thing could be a lot worse. So I ended up going to the hospital and getting surgery. I now have two plates and twelve screws in my left arm. I later talked to this rider and we both agree that there is no fault in the accident. I will start a training program (I will make one or hopefully someone can help me out)as soon as my cast comes off. I will begin riding again around January at Sandbox.
It's been a great season and thanks to all who have supported me. See you next year.
