Rider Updates

It has been a while since I posted anything on this site so I figured I would give a quick update of things. My bike will have a fresh motor hopefully within a week. And thanks to a good friend I have been trying to get back into riding shape on his CRF250r. We plan on lots of racing of all types, motocross, hare scrambles, and supermoto thanks to the support of Scott USA, MSR, and a number of other very generous people. See you out there.

A couple weeks ago, the valves finally went out of adjustment. But, only the intake valves did, except they sucked into the head. My Dad and I tore the head off, and had it rebuilt with +1mm swirl finished titanium valves. It should finally be finished this weekend so I'm looking forward to getting out and practicing after a short break.

Since I didn't get to ride much during school I have been working hard this summer to get my fat butt into shape. Also, since my parents are happy about my acceptance to chico they are helping me out with funding to practice.

I am switching from 2-stroke to 4-stroke because I just unbelievably got a new 2006 CRF450R to ride. I am going to go to the Dodge Amateur national and race it this weekend.
