Personal History
My name is Dawson Guzik. I am a 19 year old from Pottstown, PA and currently attending Johnson College. My hobbies are racing motocross, bmx, skateboarding, playing guitar, and snowboarding. I have been racing since I was 5 years old. I started out in quarter-midgets at the age of 5 and made the swich to motocross at the age of 8. I am currently a Race Against Drugs spokesperson where i go around doing presentations to promote a drug free life.
Riding Goals
My goal this year was to just finish the season in one piece. Last year unfortunately blew up my bike and was out for 3 months then bought a new bike and broke my leg and was out for the rest of the season. Next season I plan on trying to get my first win in C-class and make the move up to B.
Competitive Highlights
2004- Started racing motocross on a 4-wheeler in the 90cc pro-mod division at Sleepy Hollow MX park.
2005- 2nd in points 90cc Pro-mod at Sleepy Hollow.
2006- 5th in points 90cc Pro-mod at Sleepy Hollow.
2007- Switched to dirt bikes and ran a 125 4-stroke in 150cc 4-stroke at Sleepy Hollow. 2nd in points.
2008- 150cc 4-stroke Sleepy series champion.
2009- NEOC Harescramble series 9th in points 150cc 4-stroke.
2010- 4th in points NEOC 150cc 4-stroke.
2011- 12th in points NEOC C-4-stroke class on KX250f
2012- 12th in points Pagoda Mainline series in 250c and open c. 3rd in points in schoolboy 2
2013- Blown up 250 out for 3 months. Ran 3 races on RMZ450 until broken leg on August 25th. OUT FOR SEASON.
2014- 10th in points Pagoda Mainline Series open c. 5th in points in College boy 14-24.
