I am getting ready for some upcoming events. There are a couplel of Arenacross' in January in Springfield and Kansas City that I am looking forward to. Hopefully I wil get a great start to a successful and healthy year.

Oh how the time flys. It has been an up and down season. Some good races some bad. I have had some results that I wish I would have done better, but things happen and you move on. I'm hoping to finish out the year with some good finishes and have some momentum going into next year.

The poor weather has limited my riding, but through weights and cardio I know I will be in much better condition for the 2009 season.
