Personal History

My name is Garrett Robbins and I am 17 years old. I am a senior at Crest High School and maintain a 4.16 GPA. Aside from school, riding is my first priority. I ride with love for the sport and I strive to improve every time I throw a leg over the bike. I have had a passion for riding since I first started riding dirt bikes when I was 7 years old. I started on trail bikes and have rode race bikes since 2007. I had always wanted to race but I did not purusue my dreams until the Denver, NC NCHSA race in 2009. This was my first race ever and I have been in love ever since. I ride throughout the week and try to race every weekend. I enjoy riding with all different skill levels whether it is to help a younger kid to improve or to make myself better by riding with a more experienced rider. I enjoy the comraderie that comes with racing and have met many new friends that I otherwise would have never known.

Riding Goals

My goal for the 2013 season in the Mideast Harescramble Series is to finish top 3 in the points championship for Open A class. I also want to  finish in the top 15 every race. I know with hard work and effort, I can accomplish these goals.

Competitive Highlights

I got my first win on April 15, 2011 in Union, SC at the Big Buck GNCC in the 4 stroke C lites class. My first win was also my first GNCC ever. It was the greatest feeling ever. I then won another race on May 22, 2011 at the Cowpens Mideast Harescramble in the schoolboy class. In the 2011 season I raced open B on a 250 2 stroke. I finshed up the season 4th in points in a very competetive class. I had four top 25 overall finshes including a 15th overall at the last race on October 28, 2012.
