Personal History
I started racing in 1991 and raced competitively for 10 years. My dad ran a local youth motocross program in the late 90s called MAMA (Middle Atlantic Motocross Association). At that time we were racing the large east coast amateur nationals, Lorreta Lynns and Mini Os. In 1998 I raced 250B stock and mod and then graduated to A class. For three years I worked at Gary Bailey motocross school and I ran 125A and 250A in the 99-01 seasons. At that time I decided to stop racing in order to start a career. After a 20 year hiatus, my business was established and the kids were getting older, I decided to jump back in. It has been a challenge regaining speed and learning to ride modern 4 strokes, but things are starting to click. I spent a week at MTF in November of 22 and another in March of 23. I am looking forward to racing a full schedule for 24.
Riding Goals
My goal is to qualify for Loretta's in the +45 class and finish in the top 20 next year.
Update I broke my wrist in January and although I qualified at the area I did not feel prepared for the regional. I will need try back for 2025.
