Personal History
I love riding and I love racing even more. To me, there is nothing better than the rush of adrenaline at the start, the thrill of the ride, the personal satisfaction at the end of the race when you know you've just completed 100 miles in the rocks and sand, the camaraderie of competition, and the payoff when you earn a trophy. Beyond that, I like to snowmobile, wake board, snowboard, skateboard, play sudoku, and take my dog running. I occasionally compete in 10ks and half marathons. I have an 85 pound German short-hair pointer who likes to sit on the gas tank of your dirtbike when you're riding. I got to marry my dream guy a year ago who races in the expert class and has been coaching me. My father helps me fix my bikes when I blow them up (which has happened to me 8 times and counting). I work in the metal finishing industry as a chemical engineer ... hoping to someday develop an engine coating that won't cease :)
Riding Goals
My goal is to become a strong competitor in the amateur class for the 2013 season.
