Personal History
I am a 8 year old boy that live in Bishop Ca. I am in second grade. I love school and am in the top of my class. I am very athletic, I enjoy baseball, soccer, fishing, skate boarding, biking in our skate park, snow boarding, video games and most of all riding my motorcycle. I've been riding a motorcycle for 3 years and If i could ride 24 hours a day, I would. On Dec 6 we will race the last race in a eight race series called the Northern Nevada State Moto-X Championshiop Series 2008. I am the current leader in points on my 50 cc with 5 first place finishes and 2 third place finishes. I bumped to 65 Junior half way thru the series and I am in 8th place in that class. After this series is over we will take a month off to play in my roller hockey league. Our next race is in the end of feb.
Riding Goals
This year starts off with a race in Reno Nevada, Toyota Arenacross. Last year I got a hole shot in my first moto and was in fourth going into the rythm section before the finish line where I crashed. This year I'm looking forward to try the catapult jump. But most of all a top finish.
We also have plans to race Mommoth Motocross, World Mini's in Las Vegas and hopefully the Loretta Lynn's. THis is our big year to try to get sponsored and see how far we can take my riding career.
Competitive Highlights
I captured the hole shot at the 2007 Toyota Arenacross in Reno.
At the 2008 Golden State Cycle Arenacross in Bishop, I won First place in all three races and the overall in the 50cc 7-8 class and in the 6-8 65 cc class I won one first, one second and one third and first overall.
In my first moto after bumping from 65 Beginner to 65 Junior in Hawthorne Nv. I got first and ended up third overall.
On Nov. 8th In Fernley Nv. I got to race against Gaige DeMars. One of the top 50cc riders in the country. He beat me in both races, but I was on his tail and got to pass him once. And no, he did not crash. Best of all, he and I got to hang out together during the day. He and his dad are so nice. His dad talked to me about my racing and gave me some great advice!
