Personal History
I am a Senior in High School, I carry a 4.0 GPA. I enjoy life, and I like to live that life to it's fullest extent. I figure if you're not livin' on the edge then you're takin' up too much space. In addition to racing motocross, I also race cars in the winter. It's basically normal circle track racing, but on a frozen lake. I also play guitar, read, hang out with my friends and girlfriend, and also find extreme and creative things to do in order to pass the time in a small town. I also enjoy going to the gym and working out or playing racquetball. Other then that I pretty much do whatever comes to mind that sounds like it might be a good idea.
Riding Goals
My goals for racing in general are to have as much fun as I possibly can because that is the whole point before anything else, and to rise to the highest level that I can. As far as my goals for the upcoming season (2008), I want to rise to the top of the Intermediate class and become competitive in the Pro Open class. Thats about it at this point.Competitive Highlights
In 2004, my first full season racing, I raced a CRF150F in the 85 Novice class and rode to a 3rd overall in the Kenai City Series for the season.
2005 I moved up to a CRF250 and raced in the 125 Novice class in both Kenai and Homer series'. I finished 7th overall in Kenai and 2nd overall in Homer for the season. I missed several Kenai races due to work that year.
2006 I raced in both series' again in 125 Novice and 250 Novice classes. I finished 2nd overall in three classes and 3rd overall in the fourth, spread among the two series'. The last half of the season I finished at least top 3 every race and holeshot many races.
2007 was by far my best racing year yet. I raced in many different classes, so I didn't do anything as far as championships go. I raced Novice the first race, and moved up to 125 and 250 Intermediate by the second race of the year. I raced those classes mostly and finished usually around or in the top 3. I also won the Youth Open class at one of the Homer races, the Youth Open in Alaska is an open class for ages 16 and under. The last race of the Homer series was my fastest race ever, I raced in the Pro Open class and finished 4th overall with a 4-3 finish.
