After a long year of battling for wins in the SM1/Open Expert class, Dan Cyr pulls off a win at the seasons last race securing the SM1(Open Exp) Championship for the ESMRA series. It came down to a 3 way battle for the series championship by points and with the win, Cyr secures the top spot.
