Personal History
My name is Daniel boan, I live in moyock NC. I have been riding dirtbikes sence I was eight years old, and started racing motocross at about twelve. My family and I raced all over the united states, mostly the east coast, from the age twelve too seventeen. I made alot of achievements in those five years off racing, and had very little injuries. My Dad, and mom were my biggest sponsors of those five years, and provided me with the best equipment they could, which I am very thankful for. At the end of the 2006 racing season I was at the age of seventeen and trying to acquire enough PRO AM points within a years time too receive a PRO card. Unfortunately four races away from acquiring enough point I wrecked practicing on a hard pack track, and broke my shoulder. I had to sit out six months do to surgery.During the time I was setting out the year of 2007 arrived which also brought a year of a falling economy in my area. So by the time I was all healed up, and released to ride we no longer could afford to continue the sport of motocross, and I lost a very helpful sponsor that was suppling me with bikes also.So I gave up on my dream temporarily, and started surfing. Surfing is still a hobby of mine, and offers a really fun time out in the water with mother nature, and friends. I actually find surfing as my relaxzation time, but it does not compare too the sport of motocross. Nothing esle that I have done can compare to that thrill. It has always been a dream of mine to become a professional athlete in this sport. I am now twenty three years of age, and have a descent paying job in the consruction field that has aloud me to purchase two kawasaki's and continue racing were I left of in the year of 2007. The sport of motocross is a great thrill, and also a very big challange. It takes a lot of discipline, and determination to make it in this sport. Now at a older age I understand the effort that needs to be made, and I insest on doing just that. Im very competitive, and like to win.Thats what I strive for is winning. I keep my bikes clean, and in tip top shape. I keep good positive behavior at the track, and try to set good examples for the up and coming riders. I believe that I am a good candidate for sponsorship, and will not let u down as one of your riders. So with enough said, I would greatly apreciate any sponsorship available.
Thank You, Daniel Boan
