Personal History
My name is Daniel Cook I race motocross, I have been racing since 2005. I am 16 years old and ride a Honda crf250r. I race the schoolboy class. I also just got off of a supermini where I had much success. I won the 2010 Florida Gold Cups Rd. 1 at Gatorback Cycle Park (Home of the mini o's) in the supermini 2 14-16 class. I ride three days a week and on the weekends and workout every day that I am not riding. I am looking to become a professional motocross racer and am working very hard towards it. I have not tried to qualify for Loretta Lynns amateur national before because of injury but next year in 2012 I am going to make it too Lorettas in either the C or B class depending on how fast I am able to get up to speed on the big bike. I have only been on the big bike for 5 months now and am already showing that I have the speed to compete with the best. I currently have a broken humorous u was racing at the Florida gold cups at Mx of Marion County and while battling for the lead went down and broke my humorous needing surgical repair. I have begun cardio training already and am planning on attending the 2012 Spring Classic. I am very good at representing sponsors and I always keep you up to date on my results and races that I am going to compete in.
Riding Goals
My goals are to compete in as many nationals as I can like The Millcreek Spring Classic, Ponca City, and Loretta Lynn's.
Competitive Highlights
My biggest highlights are winning the first round of the 2010 Florida Gold Cup Series at Gatorback Cycle Park (Home of the Mini O's). Also winning my first ever race on a big bike in the Schoolboy class.
