Personal History

My parents adopted me from Ukraine when I was just a few months old. I have 2 older brothers, but by time I was brought home they were pretty much moved out. Growing up I was closer to my nephew and nieces age than u was my brothers so I had some built in best friends! I have grown up in the middle of no where in Francisco Indiana! Up until recently, phone service and internet was not available in my area because of this I spent majority of my time outside riding my dirt bike! I first got my 50cc when I was probably around 4 or 5. We were on our way to get me a go cart and I saw the dirt bike on the side of the road. I told my dad I wanted that instead so we stopped and came home with it instead of a go cart. I learned how to ride my dirt bike before I learned to ride a bike without training wheels! I eventually started doing some local races and as my family would say started dominating! I won pretty much all of my races. I started competing nationally in 2010 I believe and haven’t missed a season yet! I started taking racing a bit more serious when I got on a 125. I started training with Steven Squire who is known for SSR training facility in Brazil Indiana. When I got on a 250 my family and I decided to make the jump and we bought an RV so that I could live at SSR and train full time. I was with Steven for several years and watched myself grow as a rider and Steven grow as a trainer and the facility grow! After Loretta’s in 2020 i felt like I needed something different and a change of pace. We got ahold with the Bakers who run Moto Sandbox and own Dream Traxx and decided that moving facilities was something that I needed. I was at Moto sandbox for about a month, and broke my wrist training which put me out for pretty much the entire 2021 season after a misdiagnosis and not getting the surgery to fix it until March 30th.

Riding Goals

I had a not so stellar 2021 season. I dealt with injury and missed majority of the season and then illness going to the fall National. For the Thor Official Mini O’s I really just want to redeem myself. I had to miss a lot of races this season due to my wrist injury and my name wasn’t out there like I had planned it to be, so I just plan to do really well at Mini O’s and get my confidence back up to what it should be! After mini o’s I’m coming back home to indiana for the month of December and then I’ll be heading to Texas! I’m going to compete in the Texas Winter-Am in hopes of getting my pro points for outdoors. After the Texas Winter-Am I will be heading back to Florida to compete in the Daytona Supercross Amateur race and then back to indiana because the Area qualifiers start soon after. I plan to compete in as many area qualifiers I can to qualify for the regionals, but also to gain seat time because it is crucial in this sport. Overall, I plan to redeem myself at the Thor Official Mini O’s at the end of November, I plan to get enough pro points at the Texas Winter-Am to get my pro license, and I plan to make it to Loretta Lynn Amateur Championship.
