Personal History
I'm 26 years old and I love racing. I love the adrenaline, competition, and pushing myself. As a kid growing up I was fortunate enough to always have the opportunity to be around racing and got my start at 8 years old in a go kart. From there, I've raced motocross on dirt bikes, hare scrambles/cross country on both dirt bikes and atvs. I've traveled to many states racing and I don't think that will ever change. I enjoy being able to race and I always look forward to the next.
After 2008/2009 and a few injuries, I took a few years off to continue my education. I raced for the first time since then in 2014 and had two wins and a sixth place in the only three races I competed in. I look forward to racing more in 2015!
*** I've been racing atvs and only riding my mx bike. For some reason there's no atv choices in the riding types tab, so that's why it says I'm on a CRF. I race a fully built Honda Trx450r (by our shop Werkz Racing)
Riding Goals
My goals are simple. Strive to be the best I can be. I continue to take steps at advancing myself on and off the track and want to continue learning and growing. I'd like to win several AA class races in the regional series and get Into the top 5 overall. My goals for the national (GNCC) series is to go into the afternoon program and have solid performances and land a national championship. By continuing to practice and keeping a positive attitude I'll hopefully be able to reach beyond the goals set!
Competitive Highlights
- Podium finish at the John Penton GNCC in 2001 on a mini
- Several regional series (Mid-East) wins in 2005 (atv 16-24) class
- Regional series (Mid-East) championship in 2005 (atv 16-24) class
- 2 class wins and 2 overall wins in 2 races in the Southern Off Road Championship series in 2006 (atv B class)
- A few misc. races in '07/'08 resulting in numerous top 5 finishes
- 1st place General GNCC 2014 (atv 24+)
- 1st place Big Buck GNCC 2014 (atv 24+)
- 6th place regional series. Led most of race with 38 second lead until I got hung up in a mud hole. I could only recover to finish 6th. (atv A class)
- 3rd place AA class and 8th place overall Mid East regional series 2015
- 6th place AA class Mid East regional series 2016
