Personal History
Damian Luca Buccieri from Newtown, Ct started out racing at the age of 5 and won his first championship at the age of 6 at the Milford Riders Club in Milford, CT. at the age of 7 Damian finished 2nd in the 50cc Championship class at Winchester Speed Park in Winchester, NH. at the age of 8 Damian competed in the MSC MX Series upstate NY and finished 2nd in the championship in the 65CC class and he started to race Jr. Mini class on his 65 and was competing against 85CC riders. We were very proud on how he handled himself up against older faster riders on bigger bikes. He was always in the top 10 every time. 2013 at the age of 9 was a great year. Damian has been trained by AMA Pro Rider AJ Catanzaro from the age of 4 and it paid off Damian won the 65CC championship in the MSC MX Series and finished 6th overall in the Jr. Mini. 1/2 way through the series we purchased a KX85 for him and the speed was there on the bike the minute he put his leg over the seat. He not only finished in the top 5 every race but by the end of the series he was winning and beating older riders with more experience. Damian also finished 6th out of 25 riders in the Jr. Mini race at the Unadilla ProAm weekend. We are so proud of him and what he has accomplished this past year.
Riding Goals
Damian's goal for 2014 is to make it to the Loretta Lynn's, race the pro am again at Unadilla and to go back to the Mini O's again this year. Will hit some local races in the MSC Series and Winchester Speed Park Series.
