Personal History
I raced from 2008 to 2015 and then took a break because we moved to Chicago. In 2017 we moved back to California and I began to ride and race again. Since 2018, I have raced the Big 6 National Grand Prix series. In 2018, I won the girls 12-16 Beginner class. In 2020, I started racing in the women's class. 2020-2022, I raced Women's C, placing in the top 3 in almost every race. Since 2022 I have been racing in the Women's B class.
Riding Goals
I have had quite a bit of seat time on my new KTM 250. I have been able to train and get more comfortable on the bike. This year I am racing Women's B in the Big 6 National Grand Prix series. So far I have been placing better than last year. Last year I raced in the boy's class so that I could get more comfortable racing with them and it helped me get faster. This year I look forward to training harder and getting even more seat time to help prepare for racing Women's A.
I have also been working on my bike. Learning the bike inside and out has been a little bit of a challenge. Yet it has been very eye-opening on all of the hard work it takes to be in this sport. Being my own mechanic has taught me so much and I truly enjoy it. I know that if something happens to the bike I know how to fix it.
Competitive Highlights
Placed first in the Girls 12-16 class multiple times in the 2018 season for the Big 6 GP. I podiumed multiple times in Women's C (2020-2022) and Women's B (2022- Present).
